All plans include a 7-working-day free trial. No credit card is required. You can explore every feature — auto-trading, risk management, reports — without spending a cent.

3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, contact us within 3 days of your first charge at support@telefxbridge.com with your order details and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Renewals

If you forget to cancel before your renewal date and are charged, we'll refund the renewal if you contact us within 48 hours of the charge and have not used the service in the new period.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for: (a) subscriptions older than 3 days, (b) accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations, (c) charges more than 48 hours after an automatic renewal where the service was used.

How to Request

Email support@telefxbridge.com with subject line 'Refund Request — [your email]'. Include your TeleFxBridge account email and Stripe payment ID (found in your receipt). We process refunds within 5 business days.
